This month we shift to the world of cycling and pick Lance Armstrong for our GeoSports Player Of The Month.  

This month Armstrong won his sixth Tour De France, a new record, breaking a tie of five most recently accomplished by Miguel Indurain (1991-1995).   Eddy Merchx, Bernard Hinault, and Jacques Anquetil also accomplished the record Five victories at the Tour.  

Armstrong is the only player to win six consecutive Tour De France events.
