Wordsworth
is known by many from his work with Black
Star over a decade ago but he's still
been doing his thing and he returns with
Dedicated to the Bootleggers 2, a 19
track effort that will have you doing
your diddy bop from the first song "3
of A Kind" featuring Joint Custody.
"Wrong
One" reminds you of a DJ Premier
cut and Words raps about not having pitty
for MCs on the microphone.
"Trifactor" is
another cut with crazy scratches, a New
York sound and Pumpkinsound kills it
especially.
"They Don't Care" has
a good theme because people don't think
they are being supported by their communities
and government and are all alone.
Kaze
and Erv Ford join Words on "So Real",
a smooth cut talking life.
"Salvation" makes
you wanna go see a live band supporting
your favorite MC cause Words and company
do their thing.
Other
cuts on the effort you should enjoy are "Admit It", "No
Chance", "The Ring", "One
More", "Imma Make It" featuring
Masta Ace, "As Good As It Gets", "Alley
Rap" and "Change The Game".
With banging beats, thoughtful lyrics
and nice guest appearances too, Wordsworth
gives a above solid effort on this project.
I'll give it 4 GeoGlobes.
