Ghostface
is one of the best in Hip Hop and it upsets
me that he needed to get special attention
for people to finally starting some credit.
This being his 5th solo joint the respect
should have been given but like the good
artist Ghost there's no problem to prove
his skills again.
On
Fishscale, aka the best cocaine
you can have, Ghost does this on a myriad
of different beats including his 70's
smashers! Clyde Smith returns on the intro
and throws the hate around as only he
can do then you get put into the movies
as "Shakey Dog" comes on and
Ghost does one of his high standard stories
about running from a shakey situation.
"Kilo"
describes a large quantity of drugs and
in true tag team fashion Ghost and Raekwon
beat the catchy track up.
Just
Blaze does the beat on "The Champ"
and Ghost talks about past accomplishments
and why is ahead of his time.
"9 Milli Bros." features The
Wu Tang Clan including the late Ol' Dirty
Bastard over a crazy MF Doom beat that
makes you want to listen to all the groups
album.
We
all know Tony Starks is a smooth brother
and he gives us a glimpse on "Beauty
Jackson".
"Whip You With A Strap" produced
by the late J. Dilla (R.I.P.), talks about
getting discipline from the belt and how
it helps these young children know they
place, nuff said!
"Back Like That" is for the
fellas who mess with those women that
go to far to prove a point and it features
the Las Vegas crooner Ne-Yo.
Trife
appears on the "Be Easy", a
definite Pete Rock produced banger for
the car or the clubs and "Clipse
of Doom", a crazy track featuring
a hypnotizing beat done by MF Doom.
"Jellyfish" features Cappadonna,
Wig and Trife on a nursery school beat
talking about those lovely ladies.
"Dogs of War" is another
heater featuring Rae, Cappa, Sun God and
Trife.
Of
course in the tradition of "All That
I Got Is You" there's "Momma"
featuring newcomer Megan Rochell, talking
about those women that deserve our love
and admiration.
Ghost
also talks about being in the sea in "Underwater"
and what that would be like...you know
its crazy!
As
a bonus you get to hear The Notorious
B.I.G. in "Three Bricks" also
featuring Raekwon. In total there are
24 tracks and it goes about one hour and
five minutes.
As you can probably tell the tracks are
hot. I couldnt even tell you about them
all and there are a some real monsters.
Plus the skits are funny as usual. I'll
give it 4.5 GeoGlobes.
