Rick Rubin
is one of music's greatest producers.
It's hard to choose a best of because
he has so much to work with! Rubin co-founded
Def Jam Records with Russell Simmons
and also helped to introduce the world
to acts like Run DMC, Public Enemy, The
Beastie Boys and LL Cool J. Later he
worked with acts like Red Hot Chili
Peppers, U2, Green Day, Audioslave and
Linkin Park.
Along
with those above mentioned groups,
his work has transcended age and genres
and Rubin has gone to work with the greats
in music outside of Hip Hop and Alternative
music including Johnny Cash, Neil Diamond
and Metallica.
He is now the co-head at Columbia Records.
