Is President Bush going to try to make his capture of Saddam Hussein the main legacy of his presidency not trying to mention the rest of his mistake filled run in office?

Don’t we develop or redesign pre-existing alternative schooling and teaching program that will hire specialized teachers and create programs to help those children who struggle in the traditional learning environment?

Can’t a centralized youth and adult parenting program be developed and made mandatory in some fashion to all mothers maybe while visiting the hospital or as a separate class similar to pregnancy classes.
