I can no longer live with reality
but life is far from a dream
Its hard to differentiate fantasy from factuality
when nothing is quite what is seems.
They’ve labeled me mentally unstable,
they’re afraid of the thoughts in my mind.
I just don’t think they are capable
of dealing with what THEY hide inside.
At least I’m honest and open
not always afraid of what I hear and see
Unlike others who stay hoping it’ll all go away
so they don’t fall victim to their own hypocrisy
